Program Description 

Clients who opt in may receive SMS messages related to tax deadlines, appointment reminders, document requests, secure portal notifications, onboarding instructions, and time-sensitive updates about their accounting or tax engagement with Helms Tax Strategy. 

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the short code. After you send “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation SMS verifying that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply opt in again as you did originally. 

If you're experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with “HELP” for assistance or contact our office directly at office@helmstaxstrategy.com. 

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

Message and data rates may apply for SMS messages sent to or from you. You will receive {message frequency}. For questions regarding your mobile plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Mobile Data Privacy 

We do not share, sell, or disclose mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers may be shared with subcontractors only as necessary to support operational functions such as customer service or secure communications delivery.

We may collect personally identifiable information (PII) and financial information as needed to perform tax preparation, accounting, advisory, or related services. This information is handled

in accordance with applicable data protection standards, including IRS Publication 4557 and other professional confidentiality requirements. 

We may share information with authorized service providers who support secure document handling, communications, scheduling, payment processing, or workflow management. These providers are permitted access only as needed to perform contracted functions and are required to maintain confidentiality and appropriate security safeguards. 

Helms Tax Strategy does not sell client data and does not share client information for marketing use by any third party.
